Nonprofit board training offered
MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Board training for nonprofit organizations will be provided from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, March 14, at Hospice of the Panhandle in Martinsburg.
Nonprofit board members and staff will learn how to manage common problems and define their roles and responsibilities during the program, sponsored by the Health and Human Services Council of the Eastern Panhandle, Shepherd College Department of Social Work, United Way of Berkeley and Morgan Counties, Jefferson County United Way and the Executive Director's Roundtable, the
Edwin B. Naylor and Tony Russo will facilitate the training.
Naylor is the founding member of The Naylor Group, a nonprofit consulting group. Russo has been executive director of a Washington, D.C., homeless shelter and provides consulting services to area nonprofit organizations.
