Lee C. Droneburg

WALKERSVILLE, Pa. - Lee Carroll Droneburg, 53, of Woodsboro Pike, died Saturday, Feb. 21, 1998, at Frederick Memorial Hospital.

Born June 18, 1944, in Frederick County, Md., he was the son of the late George Hanson Droneburg and Ruth Mae Masser Droneburg.

He retired in 1997 as an operations aide at BioWhittaker Inc. in Walkersville, after 30 years of service.

He was a member of Mount Zion United Methodist Church in Mount Pleasant, Md.

He also was a member of Glen W. Eyler American Legion Post 282 in Woodsboro, Md., and River Bend Boat Club in Falling Waters, W.Va.

He was a past vice president and coach of Glade Valley Athletic Association, and a former coach of the Shookstown Baseball Little League.

He enjoyed hunting and fishing.

He is survived by his wife of 14 years, Pamela Jean Snoots Droneburg; five children, Kenneth Lee Droneburg of Jefferson, Md., Tammie Lea Watson of Waynesboro, Pa., Jarrett Lee Droneburg of Frederick, Md., Laura Jean Droneburg and Kimberly Jean Droneburg, both at home; three sisters, Mildred Wisner of Frederick, Virginia Smith of Woodsboro, and Grace Altman of Mount Pleasant; two brothers, Paul "Babe" Droneburg of Walkersville, and Roger Droneburg of Frederick; six grandchildren; and nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by two brothers, Glen Droneburg and Clyde Droneburg.

Services will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. at Edgewood First Church of God, 8204 Edgewood Church Road, Frederick. The Rev. Duanne L. Beck will officiate. Burial will be in Glade Cemetery in Walkersville.

The family will receive friends at Stauffer Funeral Home, 40 Fulton Ave., Walkersville, today from 7 to 9 p.m., and Tuesday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Friends may call at the funeral home Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Grace Rocky Hill Church, c/o Cheryl Wiles, 2042 Reis Snider Road, Keymar, Md., 21757; or to Aid Association for Lutherans, c/o Betty Kestler, 440 Sawgrass Court, Westminster, Md. 21158-4141.

Lilian V.K. Fullerton

CARROLL VALLEY, Pa. - Lilian V. Klein Fullerton, 79, of 3 Echo Trail, died Friday, Feb. 20, 1998, at Polyclinic Hospital in Harrisburg, Pa.

Born May 3, 1918, in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Virginia Burns Klein.

Her husband, John R. Fullerton, died in 1994. They were married July 1, 1967.

She graduated from Western High School in Baltimore, and then studied cosmetology in Baltimore.

She was a beautician in Baltimore for more than 30 years, retiring in 1979.

She was a member of Lower Marsh Creek Presbyterian Church in Gettysburg.

She also was a member of Carroll Valley Civic Association, BPO Elks Lodge 731 Ladies Auxiliary in Waynesboro, and national AARP.

She is survived by one son, Dennis R. Hoffman of Westminster, Md.; one sister, Ruth Klein of Baltimore; one brother, Harry Klein of Baltimore; and four grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one son, Robert E. Hoffman.

A memorial service will be Wednesday at noon at Grove Funeral Home, 50 S. Broad St., Waynesboro. The Rev. Dale E. Williams will officiate. Burial will be at the convenience of the family in Green Hill Cemetery.

There will be no viewing; however the family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Lower Marsh Creek Presbyterian Church Youth Fund, 1865 Knoxlyn Road, Gettysburg, Pa. 17325.

Linda L. Ridenour

SMITHSBURG - Linda L. Ridenour, 61, of Kretsinger Road, died Friday, Feb. 20, 1998, at Washington County Hospital.

Born July 29, 1936, in Highfield, she was the daughter of the late J. Hamilton and Margaret A. Fritz Pryor.

She was a 1955 graduate of Smithsburg High School.

She was a member of Welty Church of the Brethren in Greensburg.

She was a life member of Ladies Auxiliary of Fahrney-Keedy Home in Boonsboro.

She is survived by her husband, Walter E. Ridenour Sr.; two daughters, Dorothy "Dottie" J. Ridenour of Hagerstown, and Valerie A. Oliver of Smithsburg; one son, Walter E. Ridenour Jr. of Smithsburg; three sisters, Marcella Hershberger and Jean Brown, both of Smithsburg, and Sherry Humbert of Farmham, Va.; two brothers, Chester "Buck" Pryor of Smithsburg, and Joseph Staunton Pryor of Sabillasville, Md.

Services will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Davis Funeral Home in Smithsburg. The Rev. Dean Mouk will officiate. Burial will be in Cedar Lawn Memorial Park in Hagerstown.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home today from 7 to 9 p.m.

Nellie I.M. Cramer

FREDERICK, Md. - Nellie Irene Martz Cramer, 83, of 6 Franklin St., died Saturday, Feb. 21, 1998, at her home.
