February 19, 1998

GREENCASTLE, Pa. - Members of the Allison-Antrim Museum Inc. will host a fund-raising kickoff at 9 a.m. Monday, March 2 in the Greencastle-Antrim Chamber of Commerce office, East Baltimore Street.

The capital campaign, to be conducted during the month of March by contacting area businesses and organizations, is meant to help the group purchase and maintain a building in the Greencastle area.

Allison-Antrim Museum Inc. was founded three years ago by a small group of people hoping to establish a museum as a place to retain and display treasures from the area's history.

Serving on the capital campaign are Kermit G. Hicks, chairman; Dr. James H. Craig Jr., Gregory A. Duncan, Darlene B. Haugh, W. Lanny Haugh, Scott A. Palmer and Jeffrey B. Shank.
