Caldwell-Simpson

Mr. and Mrs. Darrell Caldwell of Hancock wish to announce the engagement of their daughter, Marcy L. Caldwell, to Jason K. Simpson, son of Mr. and Mrs. V. Kent Simpson of Keedysville.

Miss Caldwell is a 1995 graduate of Grace Academy and will graduate in May from Hagerstown Junior College with an associate in arts degree in health and physical education.

Mr. Simpson is a 1992 graduate of Boonsboro High School, a 1995 graduate of Hagerstown Junior College with an associate in arts degree and a 1997 graduate of Shepherd College with a bachelor of science degree in computer programming and information systems. He is employed as a microcomputer specialist by Management Technology Inc. in Martinsburg, W.Va.

A spring 1999 wedding is planned.

Campbell-Yeakle

Tom and Sheila Campbell of Detroit, Mich., and formerly of Clear Spring, wish to announce the engagement of their daughter, Carrie Anne Campbell, to Scott Eugene Yeakle, son of Michael and Carol Shupp of Clear Spring.

Miss Campbell is a 1993 graduate of Clear Spring High School and attended Hagerstown Junior College. She is employed by Softspikes Inc. in Rockville, Md.

Mr. Yeakle is a 1989 graduate of Clear Spring High School. He is employed by Maryland Ribbon.

A Feb. 19, 1999, wedding is planned.

Fox-Eichelberger

Nancy H. Fox and Charles G. Eichelberger wish to announce their engagement.

Ms. Fox is the daughter of Alice Mickelinc of Martinsburg, W.Va., and the late Steve Mickelinc. She is a graduate of Martinsburg High School. She is employed at Home Federal Savings Bank as a branch manager.

Mr. Eichelberger is the son of Joseph and Mary Ann Eichelberger of Sharpsburg. He is a graduate of Boonsboro High School. He is employed at Home Federal Savings Bank as a branch manager.

A June 6 wedding is being planned.

Gipe-Weaver

Jeff and Cathy Gipe of Hancock wish to announce the engagement of their daughter, Pebbles Renee Gipe, to Todd Allen Weaver, son of Herman and Darlene Weaver of Clear Spring.

Miss Gipe is a 1996 graduate of Hancock High School and attends Hagerstown Junior College. She is employed by The Maryland Correctional Training Center in Hagerstown.

Mr. Weaver is a 1993 graduate of Clear Spring High School and attends Hagerstown Junior College. He is employed by Maryland State Police in Rockville, Md.

Mr. and Mrs. William E. Horst Jr. of Hagerstown wish to announce the engagement of their daughter, Cynthia Elaine Horst, to Keith Wayne Marconi, son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank E. Marconi, son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank E. Marconi of Hagerstown.

Montecillo-Leach

Mr. and Mrs. Brian Leach wish to announce the engagement of their son, Brian D. Leach II, to Rachel C. Montecillo, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Trenio Montecillo of Lake Forest, Calif.

Mr. Leach is a 1988 graduate of St. Maria Goretti High School and a 1993 graduate of University of Arizona in Tuscon. He is employed as an independent contractor as owner of Certified Training and Consulting.

Llewellyn-Dittman

Dennis and Elizabeth Llewellyn of Hagerstown wish to announce the engagement of their daughter, Melissa A. Llewellyn, to Matthew J. Dittman, son of Jerome and Helen Dittman of Boonsboro.
