Pa. woman survives 3-story fall
WAYNESBORO, Pa. - A Waynesboro woman was treated and released from Waynesboro Hospital Sunday after she fell, jumped or was pushed from a three-story window and landed in a dumpster, Waynesboro Police Chief Glenn Phenicie said Monday.
"She was lucky," Phenicie said of Carrie Musser, no age available, of 280 W. Main St., Apt. No. 4.
According to police, Musser sustained bruises on her right arm, scratches and marks around her neck, a black-and-blue left eye and a lump over her right eye.
Christopher L. Burtman, 25, of 6 S. Church St., Waynesboro, was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault and recklessly endangering another person, police said.
