HANCOCK - Hancock Police reported that they confiscated marijuana, scales, packaging material, rolling papers, bongs and smoking pipes from 161 W. Main St. Thursday afternoon.

Police said the address is the home of a juvenile considered "the ringleader" of a small band of juveniles linked to vandalism, graffiti and destruction of property in Hancock.

Police are still investigating the incidents and arrests are expected to follow.

"The Hancock Police Department has taken a zero tolerance approach to vandalism and graffiti," said Chief Donald R. Gossage.
