Minahan-Urner

Mary Elizabeth Urner and Joseph William Minahan were married Saturday, Nov. 8, 1997, at The Presbyterian Church of Hagerstown.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John H. Urner of Hagerstown. The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Patrick M. Minahan of Salem, Va.

The bride is a 1991 graduate of North Hagerstown High School and a 1995 graduate of Roanoke College with a bachelor of arts degree in international relations.

Hose-Mahone

Amy Renee Mahone and Scott David Hose were married Saturday, Sept. 27, 1997, at Mount Calvary Church of God in Clear Spring.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Richard Mahone Jr. of Hagerstown. The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Hose of Maugansville.

The bride is a 1993 graduate of Hope Academy in Hagerstown. She is employed as a rehabilitation aide for Rehab Solutions in Cumberland, Md., and also is a certified nursing assistant at Avalon Manor in Hagerstown.

The bridegroom is a 1992 graduate of North Hagerstown High School. He is employed by United Electrical Services in Clear Spring and is pastor of Apostolic Church of Maryland in Clear Spring.

They live in Martinsburg, W.Va.

Crissman-Taylor

Renee Taylor and Charles "Criss" Crissman were married Saturday, Oct. 4, 1997, at Pine City Free Methodist Church in Shippenville, Pa.

The bride is the daughter of Betty Ann Taylor of Hagerstown. The bridegroom is the son of Patricia Rex of Shippenville and the late Donald Rex.

The new Mrs. Crissman is a 1985 graduate of South Hagerstown High School. She is a homemaker and an emergency medical technician with Smithsburg Emergency Medical Services.

Mr. Crissman is a 1984 graduate of Keystone High School and Clarion County Area Vocational-Technical School. He is employed by Truck Enterprises in Hagerstown.

They live in Smithsburg.

Shupp-Mills

Jennifer Dawn Mills and Scott Brian Shupp were married Saturday, Sept. 20, 1997, at Broadfording Church of the Brethren.

The bride is the daughter of Cindy Mills of Hagerstown and Tim Mills of Clear Spring. The groom is the son of Harry and Esther Shupp of Clear Spring.

The bride is a 1996 graduate of Clear Spring High School. She is employed by Home Federal Savings Bank in Hagerstown as a customer service respresentative.

The bridegroom is a 1990 graduate of Clear Spring High School. He is employed by Ellsworth Electric as an electrician.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Donald B. Boyer of Hagerstown. The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Samuel L. Everett Sr. of Hagerstown.

The bridegroom is a 1983 graduate of Ramstein American High School in West Germany and attended Hagerstown Junior College. He is employed as senior collector by Chevy Chase Bank in Frederick.

Dixon-Di Carlo

Erin Lynn Di Carlo and Aaron William Dixon were married Saturday, Sept. 20, 1997, at Covenant Baptist Church in Shepherdstown, W.Va.

The bride is the daughter of John and Lynn Di Carlo of Keedysville. The bridegroom is the son of Lyle and Karen Dixon of Sharpsburg.

The bride is a 1997 graduate of Boonsboro High School.

The bridegroom is a 1995 graduate of Boonsboro High School, a graduate of Academy of Health and Sciences in San Antonio, Texas, and is attending Jefferson Community College in New York. He is a medical specialist in the U.S. Army, stationed at Fort Drum, N.Y.

Diaz-Elia

Mary Katherine Elia and Darwin Diaz were married Saturday, Sept. 27, 1997, at Christ Lutheran Church in Hagerstown.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Anthony G. Elia of Hagerstown. The bridegroom is the son of the late Fornando and Crescencia Diaz.

The bride is a 1983 graduate of North Hagerstown High School. She is employed as a nutritional assistant by Ravenwood Lutheran Village in Hagerstown.

The bridegroom is a 1989 graduate of Capitol College in Laurel, Md., with a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering technology and a 1991 graduate of Hagerstown Junior College with an associate in arts degree in physics.
