'Grandma Says' free to day-care centers

"Grandma Says " is a program being offered free to day care centers in Washington County. For one hour a week, volunteers go into a day care, equipped with positive reading materials provided by the program. Topics will be positive aspects and aimed at promoting self-esteem in kids.

Memorial dinner for victims

On Dec. 13 at 6:30 p.m., the Hope Foundation will host a special Christmas memorial and dinner in remembrance of homicide and DWI victims. There is no cost for this dinner. A special invitation is extended to those many victims and their immediate family victims to join with us on this special occasion.
