Driver, 20, killed when car hits wall

FREDERICK, Md. - A Westminster, Md., man was killed when his 1995 Geo Tracker went off of Md. 26 and struck a stone wall at the entrance to the Ceresville Mansion at 11:34 p.m. Friday.

Nathan Andrew Blizzard, 20, was driving eastbound just west of Md. 194, when his car went off the road. He was taken to Frederick Memorial Hospital, where he died.

Police said Blizzard might have survived if he had been wearing his seat belt.
