CHARLES TOWN, W.Va. - A Ranson man was charged Saturday with murder in the shooting death of a Virginia man near here early Friday, West Virginia State Police said.
Police said Warren Taylor Jr., 21, of Ranson, W.Va., was arrested when he turned himself in shortly before noon Saturday. Taylor was being held without bond in the Eastern Regional Jail in Martinsburg pending a Circuit Court hearing, police said.
He is accused of killing Kim Flynn, 32, of Front Royal, Va., who was shot while sitting in a car that was leaving an Elks Club parking lot.
