Nine arrested in Pa. drug bust

CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. - Nine Franklin County residents wanted in connection with drug-related crimes were rounded up Wednesday in a raid coordinated by several local law enforcement agencies.

The arrests capped an investigation by the Franklin County Drug Task Force and the Pennsylvania State Police Tactical Narcotics Team.

Police from Chambersburg, Waynesboro and Washington Township, along with Penn State campus police and constables assisted in the drug raid, police said.

Unlawful deliveries included crack cocaine, marijuana and fake cocaine, police said.

Following is a list of those arrested in Wednesday's drug sweep, according to the Pennsylvania State Police:

* Francisco Miranda, 32, of 326 W. Catherine St., Chambersburg, charged with two counts of unlawful delivery and placed in Franklin County Prison in lieu of $50,000 bail.

* Charles Diehl, 22, of 962 S. Main St., Chambersburg, charged with one count of unlawful delivery and placed in Franklin County Prison in lieu of $25,000 bail.

* Miguel A. Rivera, 36, of 57 N. Second St., Chambersburg, charged with three counts of unlawful delivery and placed in Franklin County Prison in lieu of $75,000 bail.

* Barrington Reid, 31, an inmate in Franklin County Prison, charged with one count of delivery of a non-controlled substance and placed in the prison in lieu of $25,000 bail.

* Andy L. Chilecote, 31, 1614 Wenger Way, Chambersburg, charged with three counts of unlawful delivery and one count of criminal conspiracy. He was released on $75,000 bail.

* Andy Mohn, 25, of 8178 Mentzer Gap Road, Waynesboro, charged with one count of unlawful delivery. He was released on $25,000 bail.

* Barbara Ann McNew, 28, of 316 S. Hackberry Drive, Chambersburg, charged with one count of criminal conspiracy and placed in Franklin County Prison in lieu of $25,000 bail.

* Tobin Holbrook, 22, an inmate in Franklin County Prison, charged with one count of criminal conspiracy and placed in the prison in lieu of $25,000 bail.

* Randy Keller, 35, of 4626 Church Road, Chambersburg, charged with one count of unlawful delivery.
