In Maryland:

* Washington County Health Department will offer influenza and pneumoccal vaccinations for adults 18 years and older. A donation of $7 will be accepted. Medicare recipients should bring their cards.

Hancock Community Center, 26 W. High St., Hancock, Thursday, Oct. 30, from 3 to 7 p.m.

Boonsboro American Legion, 710 N. Main St., Boonsboro, Monday, Nov. 3, from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m.

Fraternal Order of Eagles, 18 N. Locust St., Hagerstown, Wednesday, Nov. 5, 3 to 7 p.m.

In West Virginia:

Free flu vaccinations for those 65 years of age and older and those with chronic illnesses are being offered. Individuals who receive Medicare benefits should bring their cards.

* Jefferson County Health Department, Wiltshire Road in Bardane, is offering vaccinations Fridays from 9 to 11 a.m. until the vaccine supply runs out. For information, call 1-304-728-8416.

* Berkeley County Health Department, 800 S. Queen St. in Martinsburg, is offering vaccinations today from 1 to 4 p.m. Vaccinations will be available at Bedington Fire Department Friday, Oct. 31, from 9 to 11 a.m.

For those younger than 65 and those without chronic illnesses, flu vaccinations are available for $5. Vaccinations may be available at the South Queen Street office at other times. For information, call 1-304-263-5131.

* Morgan County Health Department influenza vaccination clinics are open to all Morgan County residents ages 65 or older and to medically high-risk persons of any age with written requests from their physicians. Vaccine should be available for a couple of weeks after the clinics. For information, call Morgan County Health Department at 1-304-258-1513.

* Franklin County State Health Center, 518 Cleveland Ave. in Chambersburg, is offering free flu shots to individuals at high risk who are older than 18. To make an appointment, call 1-717-263-4143.

* Fulton County State Health Center, Penn Village Shopping Center in McConnellsburg, is offering free flu shots to individuals at high risk who are older than 18. To make an appointment, call 1-717-485-5137. The Fulton Center also is working with the area office on aging to offer shots to senior citizens.

Warfordsburg Senior Center, Warfordsburg,Tuesday, Oct. 28, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Hustontown Senior Center, Hustontown, Wednesday, Oct. 29, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

* Cumberland Valley Immunization Coalition, comprised of Summit Health, area physicians and community groups, is offering flu shots to individuals older than 18 at several locations. Fees vary, but are not more than $8. Medicaid and Medicare recipients should bring their cards.

Wal-Mart, 1730 Lincoln Way East, Chambersburg, Wednesday, Oct. 29, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Rite Aid, 4015 Lincoln Way East, Fayetteville, Friday, Oct. 31, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
