What was your favorite children's book?

October 23, 1997

Close your eyes and think back to an earlier time: Curled up in a cozy chair on a rainy day, you are far away in another world - the world of a favorite book. It may be the land of Oz or the barnyard of "Charlotte's Web." Maybe your favorite memories are of books read to you by your parents or a teacher.

Children's Book Week will becelebrated Monday, Nov. 17, through Sunday, Nov. 23. We'd like to to hear what books our readers loved as children.
