A 13-year-old Hagerstown girl has been missing from her home since Sunday, according to Hagerstown City Police.
Shannon Rochelle Watkins is described as white, 5 feet 7 inches tall, 160 to 165 pounds, and having black, shoulder-length hair and green eyes.
When last seen, Shannon was wearing blue jeans, a Washington Redskins jersey, white sneakers and a Reebok jacket.
She may be with an older teenage boy.
