ELKINS, W.Va. - Two Eastern Panhandle residents were sentenced on Sept. 19 in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia in Elkins by Judge Robert E. Maxwell.

Henry Grantham, 43, of 319 Boyd Ave., Martinsburg, was sentenced to seven years imprisonment to be followed by three years supervised release and was ordered to pay a fine of $1,000 following a guilty plea entered April 28 to one count of distribution of crack cocaine on June 6, 1995 in Shepherdstown, W.Va.

Philip Kedrick, 31, of Ray Street, Shepherdstown, was sentenced to three years and one month imprisonment to be followed by three years supervised release following a guilty plea entered May 6 to one count of distribution of crack cocaine on Oct. 25, 1994 in Shepherdstown.

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - A 22-year-old Martinsburg man was sentenced Wednesday in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia in Martinsburg by Judge W. Craig Broadwater.

Norman Monroe of Berkeley Garden Apartments was sentenced to 47 months imprisonment to be followed by three years supervised release following a guilty plea entered June 18 to one count of distribution of crack cocaine on Feb. 7, 1996 in Shepherdstown, W.Va.
