Four people hurt in automobile accident

MYERSVILLE, Md. - Four people were sent to Washington County Hospital Friday night with minor injuries after their car flipped over an embankment off of Interstate 70, a fire official said.

The four-door car landed on its wheels near the 41 mile marker by Myersville around 9:12 p.m., according to Lt. Mike Frushour with the Myersville Volunteer Fire Co.

The back door on the passenger side had to be cut off to get the four people out, Frushour said.

No further information was available.
