A group of parents in Clear Spring is planning "a little prayer service" at 7:15 a.m. Tuesday outside St. John's United Church of Christ on Cumberland Street.
The Rev. Terry Foor, pastor of St. John's, is going to lead the group in prayer, a parent organizer said.
