BOONSBORO - It has been 25 days since Andrea Pilatsky last saw her belongings, lost in the shuffle of the United Parcel Service strike.
UPS has assured Pilatsky that her packages will arrive this week.
"I've just had such an unpleasant experience. I want it to be over," said Pilatsky, 31, who just moved here from Phoenix.
Last week, the company couldn't find the three packages containing her clothes, medicine, towels, photos and other personal effects.
UPS says the boxes didn't leave Phoenix until last Wednesday, the day Teamsters drivers returned to work. They are supposed to arrive at her sister's house in Walkersville, Md., by Wednesday.
