CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. - Borough police were still looking for suspects Monday in drive-by shootings the day before that wounded two Chambersburg men and struck a nearby house.
The victims in the drive-by shooting were standing with a group of people on West South Street across from the Laurel Lodge IBPOE at about 2:08 a.m., police said. A vehicle with an undetermined number of occupants crossed over the railroad tracks heading east and began firing into the group, police said.
Damon L. Bryant, 20, of 40 S. Main St. was shot in his left leg, shattering the femur, police said. He was in satisfactory condition at York Hospital in York, Pa., on Monday afternoon.
