Columbus Center's Hall of Exploration, 701 E. Pratt St., on Piers 5 and 6 at the Inner Harbor in Baltimore, will celebrate its grand opening Saturday, May 3, beginning at 10 a.m. Doors will open at 11 a.m.

Columbus Center is next to the National Aquarium and within walking distance of Harborplace, Maryland Science Center and Oriole Park at Camden Yards.

Beginning Sunday, May 4, Hall of Exploration is open Saturdays through Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Fridays from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.


Admission is $7 for adults, $6 for senior citizens ages 60 and older, and $5 for children ages 4 to 11.

Snacks are available at Overlook Cafe, and souvenirs and gifts may be purchased at Real Science Store on the lower level.
