THURMONT, Md. - Nature lovers planning to camp out at Cunningham Falls State Park will need to look elswhere, at least through mid-April.
The park's Manor Campground will close Monday morning so that crews can repave roads and make other repairs, state officials announced.
Expect to reopen the campground on April 14, officials said.
Campers may want to head to Gambrill State Park in Frederick, Md., in the meanwhile, officials said.
Another option becomes available on Friday, when Cunningham Falls' Houck Campground opens for the season.
